Information you share with a coach may not be protected by medical privacy laws such as HIPAA. Please do not provide information that is unnecessary for the coaching relationship.

For example, Calendly may provide us with the contact details, availability, and responses you submit when scheduling a consultation. If a third-party payment service is used, we may receive transaction confirmation and limited billing details, but generally not your full payment-card number.

6. Scheduling through Calendly

Our booking links direct you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly processes information you submit under its own Privacy Notice. We receive the information needed to arrange and manage your appointment. You should review Calendly's notice before submitting information there.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.
